- All shipping costs are calculated on the UPS Ground service to anywhere in the continental U.S., which includes shipping insurance. We do not accept orders from outside the U.S. Orders placed today are usually shipped no later than the next business day by UPS ground. We perform our own shipping and packing Our warehouse is located in Orlando, FL. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 days. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. transactions. Customers can track their shipments 24 hours/day 7 days a week.

In order to receive the proper credit, you must return product in it's sealed, original packaging. Opened or used product is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. You must also have a RMA number which is obtained by completing the return form.
Product Damaged in Shipping
If your product was damaged in shipping, complete the return form. Do not return the product until one of our customer service represenatives instructs you to return the product. Your damaged product claim will process much faster after speaking with us first.
